Katie Madding is Venture Client Partner at EWOR, where she accelerates distribution for founders, helping them find their first customers, partnerships and drive pipeline. She was the third US hire at Adjust and became Chief Product Officer as the company scaled to roughly $140M in ARR and was acquired for $1B by Palo Alto-based AppLovin. She then moved to Emhance as CEO, taking it from a pre-seed idea to recurring revenue with customers including Activision Blizzard King. She holds an MBA from Wharton, is a founding member of Chief, and sits on the Forbes Technology Council.
