Simon joined Adjust in 2014 as an integration engineer and took it all the way to being its CEO. During his tenure, Adjust grew its revenue to more than 150M EUR and profits to 50M EUR. While he does hold an engineering degree, his focus has always been on product, clients, and operations. For years, he's traveled around the world to talk about counting clicks on ads (fascinating) either in specific meetings or major keynotes. Right now, he's traveling less but also talking about much more interesting subjects to much more interesting people, so that’s a win for sure. As the COO of EWOR, he ensures that we're fast and resilient. He also subjects himself to deep discussions with fellows and applicants alike on what it's like to build a business, and how to do it without losing your mind.
