Helping businesses move money faster and more cost-effectively across the world.

Josiah is a repeat founder, operator and former lawyer, having studied law at the LSE, Harvard and Oxford. Aged 20, his legal work was cited by the New Zealand Supreme Court and published in Europe's no.1 law journal, earning him a place as the youngest Kennedy Scholar at Harvard in over a decade. After winning 15+ scholarships and prizes, he pivoted from law and exited his first startup at 21 within 8 months.

He joined Teya as their 12th employee and over 3 years helped scale the business to 2,000+ people across 25+ countries and a $9.6B valuation, holding roles including Chief of Staff, Country Manager and Head of Public Policy. He was previously COO at Ontik, a B2B financial operations platform. Named Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 by the Sutton Trust, he's now CEO & Co-Founder of Zuba, building stablecoin-native payments infrastructure after spending months on the ground in Lagos, Nairobi and Cape Town understanding the broken systems holding back cross-border trade.
