Building the foundational intelligence for understanding how humans move in the real world - starting with driving!

Ravi is the CEO and co-founder of Sapios AI, the company behind ARTS — the world's first fully automated road test system, replacing the human examiner with an iPhone.

A state chess champion at 10, PhD in robotics, and lifelong car obsessive, Ravi spent his career at the intersection of human behavior and machines. The night before his Swedish driving test, his instructor cancelled — said he wasn't ready. Ravi stayed up until 3am, found a slot himself, and passed with a perfect score. On the drive home, it clicked: driving tests hadn't changed in 120 years. He built the fix.

Bootstrapped, without raising a single euro, he sent a 3am email to the Virginia DMV Commissioner, drove three hours to a meeting that got cancelled, and waited six hours in the parking lot anyway. That meeting became a $300K pilot, then a $5M five-year contract. His customer loved the product so much they nominated it for TIME's Best Invention of 2025, the Edison Award, and Popular Science's Top 50. He applied to all three. Won all three.

27 US states are now in pipeline. Everyone said it was impossible. It only took one yes.

EWOR didn't just open doors — it changed how I walk through them. The community, the coaching, the bias toward action. I came in as a researcher who had figured out how to sell. EWOR helped me become a founder who knows how to scale.
