As co-founder of SumUp and CPTO at Drooms, he’s translated this conviction into world-class fintech platforms. At EWOR, he now channels his relentless drive into equipping exceptional founders with the tools, mindset, and support to build category-defining companies.

Petter’s journey began in fintech, where he co-founded SumUp, now a decacorn valued at around €8B, supporting 4 million+ SMBs across 36 countries with point-of-sale and payments solutions. He then brought his technical leadership to Drooms as CPTO, spearheading the development of the world’s fastest virtual data room—and scaling it into the nine-figure range.

His earlier career includes leadership roles at firms such as Inatec Payment AG, Ongame Networks, and Chinsay AB, giving him a deep well of expertise across fintech, enterprise, and software development.

In November 2024, EWOR—described as a “radically selective” fellowship tougher to access than Y Combinator—announced Petter’s partnership, bringing his scaling know-how and ecosystem-building values to the table. His personal mission aligns deeply with EWOR’s: to build a global virtual alternative ecosystem to silicon valley for the 0.1% of founders creating tomorrow’s breakthroughs.
