Alexander Schwörer joined PERI in overseas sales in 2003 and later led its marketing and sales as a managing director. He moved into an ownership and board role in 2019. His career has given him experience across international distribution, industrial customers and the governance of a family-owned construction business.
His mentoring of Klarx’s founders focused on shaping a business model suited to the construction industry. That work reflects a practical perspective on how products are sold and used in long-cycle markets. He brings founders experience in commercial strategy, enterprise sales and adapting a venture’s operating model to the demands of construction customers.
