Markus Wübben works across data architecture, machine learning and business strategy. Before co-founding CrossEngage in 2015, he worked on customer data and CRM at DeutschlandCard, Rocket Internet, EPIC Companies and Project A. His doctorate applied predictive methods to customer management.
At CrossEngage, he helped build a customer intelligence platform and served as Managing Director. Spotler Group announced its acquisition in 2023, followed by Wübben’s transition out of the business in 2024. He now advises AI and software teams on the data context and organizational design behind practical AI adoption. He also co-organized the MyEO Global AI Summit.
