Arseniy Seroka is the co-founder of Serokell and Blooper.
As the founder and director of Serokell.io, Arseniy has been leading efforts to solve research and development problems in computer science, with a focus on biotech and fintech, since 2015. Over €10M in revenues and more than 90 employees. Additionally, he founded Blooper.ai at the end of 2023, a platform and toolset designed to create and pre-produce films with a single click, addressing numerous engineering and research challenges in the process.
Arseniy holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and a bachelor of film directing. He is also a filmmaker, with one of his short films winning several festivals.
Arseniy specializes in bridging the gap between complex technical solutions, business needs together with art and creativity.
