DueDeal

Building AI agents that automate underwriting for lenders and brokers, turning months of loan processing into days
About

DueDeal is a plug-and-play AI operating system for lenders and brokers. They automate underwriting end-to-end through intake, verification, credit memos, and borrower follow-ups, without requiring lenders to change their existing systems.

They integrate directly into inboxes and LOS platforms, cutting processing time from months to days.

$100K+ ARR in 4 months, 11 clients onboarded, with growth driven primarily by word of mouth.

About the Tech

Most AI in lending reads a PDF and says, “Here’s your data.” That’s not automation. That’s a faster scanner.

DueDeal actually executes the workflow.

Their AI agents process documents, cross-validate data across files, run debt sizing and DSCR calculations in real time, flag inconsistencies, identify what’s missing, follow up automatically with borrowers, generate a full credit memo, and sync everything back into the lender’s system.

No manual back-and-forth. No fragmented inbox workflows. No waiting for someone to check a checklist.

What used to take 30–45 hours of analyst time per file can now be completed in minutes. They're creating an intelligent infrastructure layer for lending.

What excites the team the most is seeing a lender’s reaction when, during a live demo, the system surfaces discrepancies in files they were about to approve. It turns risk from something discovered weeks later into something identified instantly.

About the Team

Othman and Stefan are both second-time founders. They've navigated uncertainty, pivots, and moments where execution made the difference between survival and momentum.

They know how to go from zero to something real, and more importantly, they understand where companies break and how to prevent it.

Their edge comes from complementarity.

Othman spent eight years in private equity, understanding how capital moves, how lenders think, and where deals stall. He's also a self-taught developer, which means he builds alongside the team.

Stefan started coding at twelve and has over a decade of engineering experience. He was a founding engineer at Exchange Art, a fintech that successfully exited, and contributed to building systems at The Hut Group during its IPO phase.

Together, they combine capital markets insight with deep systems engineering, strategy and execution.

They don’t outsource the hard parts. They build them themselves.

When I joined the program, DueDeal was still somewhere between an idea and a conviction. EWOR helped me structure it.
